To place an order on the Wriggle online store, please click here and have your unique school code ready to enter. This would have been provided to you by the school.

If you wish to amend your order please contact info@wrigglearning.ie and have your order number to hand for our team to review.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@wrigglelearning.ie and have your order number to hand for our team to review.
Once a customer has you have placed an online order with Wriggle it will take on average 4-6 weeks for your device to be shipped back to you.
During this period, your device will undergo a rigorous configuration process to ensure that it is safe, secure and fully compliant with GDPR regulations together with all the tools, resources and support you will need to benefit from enhanced teaching and learning at home and at school.
– For device all 1:1 purchases we will endeavour to deliver your order within 4-6 weeks of the date you placed your order.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive status updates throughout the various stages of preparing and shipping your device to you.
When the configuration of your device is complete, it will be shipped to you via An Post. You will receive a reference number to track the delivery.
Once your device has shipped, you can check the status of your order by visiting: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search and typing in the word WRIGGLE followed by your Wriggle Order number to get your tracking information.

If you have received a confirmation email that we have shipped your order, but no tracking information is displayed, please contact info@wrigglelearning.ie with your order number and details of your order.
Enclosed in the box along with your device will be a ‘Getting Started Guide’ with instructions to guide you through the steps to setting up your device.
There are also several videos that you will have access to on the Wriggle Connect Family platform to also assist you through the setup.
To activate your account, follow the link in your activation email.
If you cannot locate the activation email from family@wriggleconnect.ie in your inbox, please check your junk mail. If it’s not there either, contact family@wriggleconnect.ie with your order number and the email address you used to place the order to request a new activation email.
If you did receive an activation email but are receiving a “Not Found” message when creating a password, please request a new activation email by reaching out to family@wriggleconnect.ie as your activation link may have expired if it’s over 30 days old.
If you are experiencing issues with your device, please contact info@wrigglelearning.ie to log a ticket with our team. A member of our team will then contact you to troubleshoot the issue and advise on next steps.
Firstly contact tech@wrigglelearning.ie to report an issue with your device. A member of our team will then contact you for further details and arrange the collection details of the device via An Post.
Once your device is repaired, the device will be shipped back to your home via An Post.
