Customer Change of Mind

Should you wish to return items purchased please notify us within 7 days from date of delivery. You then have a further 7 days to return the goods to us. Please email info@wrigglelearning.ie who will assist you with your return.

While the item(s) are in your possession you must take appropriate care of them. Devices must be in “as new” condition and returned in their original and undamaged packaging. All accessories must be unopened with their original packaging seals intact.

Please note that if you wish to return an order due to a change of mind you will be responsible for all transport costs when returning goods. In addition, any refund processed will be subject to any diminished value of the goods which may arise from the mishandling or misuse of the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods upon you receiving them. Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original order and will be issued once the goods have been returned to us. We are unable to refund original delivery charges and licenses that have been applied to your domain.

Return of Faulty Goods

If you are returning an order due to it being faulty, you’ll need to email info@wrigglelearning.ie who will guide you through our returns procedure. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement. If a return is needed, they will arrange for a pre-paid label to be sent to you. Once received, you can drop this into any post office and once we receive the return our tech team will get in touch to advise on next steps.

Reporting Damaged Goods

If any goods delivered to you are damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@wrigglelearning.ie within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.
